We are leaving tomorrow for China. Our itinerary is below:
3/22 Leave the U.S. for Beijing.
3/23 Arrive in Beijing. Go to the Novotel Peace Hotel.
3/24 Free time. Maybe the Beijing ZOO?
3/25 Tour the Great Wall.
3/26 Leave Beijing for Hangzhou. Go to the Wanghu Hotel.
3/27 Gotcha Day!!! Go to the Civil Affairs Bureau this morning to receive your child. After lunch, go to have your photo taken for your Registration Certificate.
3/28 Go to the Civil Affairs Bureau this morning to complete Adoption Registration and Notarization. Please note that your adoption is finalized at the time of registration. After this point, the Chinese government prohibits you from relinquishing your child in China. -- There's no turning back NOW!!!
3/29-4/1 Option half-day tours in Hangzhou.
4/2 Notary Office and receive your child’s notarized adoption paperwork.
4/3 Leave Hangzhou for Guangzhou.
4/4- 6 Free time in Guangzhou. (Tomb Sweeping Holiday in China)
4/7 Your child’s visa physical and photo will take place this morning.
4/8 Today is your Consulate appointment.
4/9 Go to the U.S. Consulate to take the oath in the afternoon.
4/10 Leave Guangzhou for Hong Kong. Enjoy your time at Hong Kong Disney! Go to hotel booked by your family.
4/11 Have a great trip home!
